  • We set an anonymous ID to track basic usage metrics, such as the number of active users.
  • We also collect data about the usage of the app limited to screen navigation and buttons interacted with.
  • No personally identifiable information is collected or associated with this ID.
  • We do not collect, access, or store the content you write in your journal.

2. Data Storage

All of your journal entries and related data are stored locally on your device. This means:

  • We do not store your journal data on any server.
  • We do not have access to your journal entries at any time.

3. Third-Party Services

Apart from PostHog (used strictly for anonymous usage analytics as described above), My Daily Journal does not integrate with any third-party services that collect data from your device.
